1. The organiser of the competition is The Cake Boutique (York) of 95 Station Road, Upper Poppleton, York, YO26 6PZ (Gambling Registration No:1205). Any questions relating to the competition must be made in writing to that address
2. The competition will run from the 30th January 2011 and will close on 14th October 2011
3. Renewing of vows and Blessings are included for this wedding package
4. The marriage of the winning entrant must take place between 01.January 2012 to 31st December 2012, and will only be arranged between Monday and Friday no bank holidays
5. Entry to the competition is by the purchase of a ticket at a cost of £5.00. Tickets can be purchased as gifts for friends and family members and can be transferred. All the goods and services won MUST be booked by 28th February 2012
6. The winning ticket will not be refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash
7. All entries are strictly subject to these terms and conditions.
8. The competition is open to anyone over the age of 16 (other than family members or employees of the organiser and participants) that purchases a ticket before the closing date.
9. The winning ticket will be chosen at random and drawn on the 15th October 2011 by the Macmillan breast care nurses of York. The winner will be notified as soon as possible after the draw and details of the winning ticket will be published on the organiser’s website: www.cakeboutiqueyork.co.uk
10. The prize will be detailed on the website. All goods and services are kindly donated by the named businesses (‘the participants’). Whilst every effort will be made to supply the prize as stated on the ticket, it is subject to availability and may be amended at any time. If any of the goods or services to be provided by the participants is not required no cash alternative will be made. The organiser shall have no legal liability to the entrant for the parts of the prize to be provided by the other participants.
11. All prizes donated will be subject to the relevant participants terms and conditions.
12. For the avoidance of doubt, any extras or additions that the entrant may request from the participants that do not form part of the prize will be payable by the entrant to the relevant participator.
13. All funds raised by the competition will be donated to Macmillan breast care nurses York and details of the amount raised will be published on the organiser’s website.
14. All information provided by entrants will be held by the organiser solely for the purposes of the competition and will not be passed on to any third party.
15. In the event of any dispute as to the operation of these terms and conditions or the provision of the prize, the organiser’s decision shall be final.
16. By entering the competition all entrants will be deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions of this competition.
17. In the event of a lost ticket if proof can be produced then the ticket may be redeemed
